Why do we love this wine?
There's a lot to love here. The wine is big and rich, and the little bit of age has allowed it to come together in a balanced, harmonious way, as well as develop some tertiary complexity and intrigue. This one's still got plenty left in the tank should you really want to develop those nutty, mushroom-y notes, but right now they're married with beautiful lemon flesh, guava and ripe pear flavours. This is a crowd favourite chardy if ever we saw one.
