Why do we love this wine?
This one pulls fruit from two distinct parts of the valley - the warmer valley floor for richness and spice, and a high-altitude site in the Upper Yarra for citrus snap and nervous acidity. The result is a Chardonnay with real depth and complexity, where neither end of the spectrum dominates and everything sits in genuinely satisfying balance.
