Green apple and pear vibrance, balanced by crisp acidity and that gorgeous creamy texture that makes each sip more compelling than the last. This is mouth-wateringly delicious with genuine complexity.
520-690 metres elevation. Sierra Cantabria shelter. Century-old bush vines. These low-yielding, ancient vines in shallow topsoil develop complex root systems that deliver incredible intensity. Barrel-fermented in new French oak, then aged four months on lees in French, American and Acacia - this is serious winemaking creating exceptional results. A very, very, very serious white wine.
