Only one of the Twin Valleys comes into play here with pinot and chardy being sourced from several vineyards in the King Valley. The cool nights along the river make for slow subtle ripening, exactly what we're after in grapes destined for the bubbly. Red apple, strawberry and earthiness are derived from the pinot component, whilst the chardy imparts flavours of fig, citrus and brioche to the wine. But don't get lost in the details, just pop the cork and enjoy a glass.
