Pale blush in the glass, with a fine, steady stream of bubbles that seem to be in a bit of a hurry to get somewhere. This is 100% Pinot Noir sourced from the cool, elevated slopes of the Adelaide Hills, kept in tank rather than bottle to lock in every bit of that fresh, cheeky fruit. Some things don't need overcomplicating. Bubbles are one of them.

Why do we love this wine?
Pull the cork and you're greeted with strawberries and cream, a touch of watermelon, and rose petal that somehow found its way into the glass. Underneath sits a soft brioche warmth, just enough to hint this one takes itself slightly seriously, before a crisp, dry finish that all but demands a second pour. On the palate: light, lively, and far too easy to keep drinking. Fine, silky bubbles, a hint of red berry sweetness, and bright acidity keeping everything in check. Mostly. Serve it properly cold, and drink it with people who make questionable choices while somehow still looking fabulous doing it.
