This Blanc de Blancs is built for moments of joy not necesarily moments that matter - the kind where oysters are on ice, glasses are clinking, and everyone's having an actual good time. There's a bit of richness, a touch of cream and some razor-sharp fruit.

Why do we love this wine?
Nose-wise, you're getting zesty citrus action - think lemon zest and lime with those classic notes of stone fruit to keep things interesting. Take a sip and it's all crisp precision and lively bubbles, with enough creaminess to soften the edges without losing that electric freshness. Bone dry, razor-sharp and dangerously easy to drink. They've picked early and kept the winemaking gentle, which means everything stays tight, bright and genuinely refreshing. No fuss, no overthinking - just a seriously well-made sparkling that somehow empties faster than bay 13 once the beer's cut off. Pair it with prawns, sunshine and mates who don't take themselves too seriously.
