Why do we love this wine?
Effervescent, zippy, and zesty, with crunchy acid and a perfectly-ripe, green apple fruit profile - this bubbly wants for nothing. With, effectively, zero sugar, you get to have all the party, without the headache the next day (theoretically). Although the low sugar aspect of this wine is certainly a selling-point, we would be remiss if we didn't mention what we think is the most important thing about this bad boy - it's completely delicious. Citrus, vibrant acid and a hint of natural fruit sweetness, this is a really well thought out wine. An absolute steal.
