Single plots of xarel-lo are selected from old vine heritage, hand picked and gently pressed to extract delicate aromas. After nearly 45 months on lees, these bottles are released in all their glory. Notes of honeysuckle and toast play with roasted almond, citrus peel, olive brine and herbs. You truly have to try it to believe it, and you will never look at Cava the same again.
