Grand Cru is the highest classification in Champagne, awarded to only 17 villages with the finest vineyard sites. These villages consistently produce grapes of exceptional quality due to optimal soil, climate and exposure conditions. Champagnes from Grand Cru vineyards command premium prices and are recognised for their superior complexity, longevity and expression of terroir.

Blanc de Blancs means 'white from whites' - this Champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. This style typically offers more elegance, minerality and citrus precision compared to blends that include Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier. The pure Chardonnay expression creates that characteristic saline quality and allows the toasted brioche and honey nectar notes to shine through with remarkable clarity.

The rich, complex profile and creamy texture make this ideal for substantial dishes rather than light canapés. Non-vintage Champagnes are designed for immediate enjoyment but this Grand Cru quality can develop further complexity with 2-3 years of proper cellar storage.
