Why do we love this wine?
Strawberry shows up first, bright and unmistakable, with a hint of creaminess sitting just behind it. Delicate on the palate, seriously refreshing, with lively acid keeping things from ever tipping into anything too sweet or soft. Then it keeps going - watermelon, nectarine, lemon peel and white florals all turning up through the glass, adding genuine juiciness and a rounded, textural feel that most Sparkling Rosé doesn't bother chasing.
