Why do we love this wine?
This is classic terroir driven Champagne. There is so much mineral complexity packed into the glass. There's tart apple peel, winter pear, and some puckering citrus at the fore, with broad mid-palate richness. Expressive, powerful, and elegant - this is a Champagne deal that won't last the day.
