Why do we love this wine?
This is genuinely mesmorising Champagne. No malolactic fermentation here - a deliberate choice that keeps everything bright, fresh and properly complex rather than letting it soften into something predictable. A blend of mostly 2019 wine, topped up with the 'Reserve' Champagne for extra depth. Orange blossom, yellow apple and lemon tart drift across the nose, working beautifully alongside a creamy, persistent mousse. Smooth on the palate, but with real freshness cutting through, finishing on a crisp, mineral edge that keeps you coming back for another sip. Proper Champagne, doing exactly what proper Champagne does.
