Why do we love this wine?
Founded in 1920, Champagne Carbon is a 5th generation family operation combining age-old tradition with modern ingenuity. ‘Carbon’ isn’t just a fancy name - each bottle is wrapped in a layer of carbon fibre, a process that required four years research and development before the first prototype was released. Every single bottle takes 21 precise steps across an entire week to complete.
A very complex bottle of sparkling. Butter and fresh brioche with honey notes and a slight herbal edge. That classic Champagne funkiness and an unbelievably elegant mouthfeel - this will age forever. You could put this in a safe and sink it off the coast for your great-grandkids to enjoy with absolute confidence. There's a really special feeling that comes with drinking wines like this, it genuinely makes you feel grateful for the opportunity to enjoy it - and so you should!
