Why do we love this wine?
Pale salmon in the glass with a delicacy and poise that signals immediately you're dealing with something a cut above. Wild berry, rose petal and a floral lift on the nose - fragrant and completely inviting. The palate is dry, savoury and beautifully textured, with subtle red fruit and a velvety richness from barrel fermentation that gives it a depth most rosé simply doesn't have. The finish is long and mineral, with a wet stone quality that's distinctly, unmistakably Tasmanian. This is grown-up rosé. The kind that works just as hard at a serious dinner table as it does on a warm afternoon. But as we said... rosé is always, no matter how sophisticated, a complete party animal!
