Why do we love this wine?
Strawberries lead the charge, but it’s not just fruit - there’s a savoury thread of spices and almond that makes it way more interesting than your average pink drink. The palate is where it really shines: creamy and textured, balanced by a line of crisp acidity that keeps things fresh. Hand-harvested Mataro from March 2023, whole-bunch pressed straight into seasoned oak, then left to ferment and rest on full solids for six months before blending and bottling. Only 170 cases made - this is as boutique as it gets.
