This rosé is made using pinot noir grapes! pinot noir is the grape for Aussie rosé in my mind, and Tassie pinot is the best there is. Dry and pale with bright acidity and chock-full of fresh red berries, this doesn't miss a beat.

Why do we love this wine?
This has the dry, light lift of its Provençal counterparts, but it offers more when it comes to fruit profile. Red apple, nectarine, grapefruit, strawberry, currant - there's plenty on show. This is a brand new producer to the 'Fo, and there's only one downside: the wines are seriously limited.
