Why do we love this wine?
Picked from some standout Rosé-producing blocks in Australia's unofficial home of anytime Rosé, the Adelaide Hills. Spice and florals turn up through the middle, and it finishes on a savoury little snap of sour cherry that keeps the whole thing from tipping into anything too sweet. Good for the next two to three years, though realistically this one'd be lucky to last two or three hours.
