From some of the oldest vines in the Yarra Valley, comes one of the best wines in the Yarra Valley. In fact, the 2019 vintage of this gorgeous drop won Halliday's Wine of the Year 2022. This cabernet-dominant blend is everything you want in a top-shelf red: complex, composed, and built for the long haul.

Why do we love this wine?
A masterclass in Yarra Valley cabernet blends. Blue and black fruits lead the charge, framed by bay leaf, clove and a hint of iodine. Fine tannins, vibrant acid and serious structure make this one for the cellar - or the decanter. The backbone is 80% cabernet sauvignon, crushed for structure, while merlot, malbec and petit verdot bring fragrance, plushness and polish. Blueberry, blackberry and a little rustic spice lead on the nose, while the palate brings clove spice, smoky oak and fine, persistent tannin. Already stunning, but give it time and it’ll go the distance. Trophy winner at the 2023 Yarra Valley Wine Show, 97 Halliday points, and gold at Decanter. Enough said.
