Don't worry, try one of these

Why do we love this wine?

Inky, brooding, and deep in the glass. It ambles rather than swirls. Give it a moment or two to stretch its legs and it'll reward you with a plethora of aged delights; game, dry earth, tobacco, cedar, and some brackish savouriness. This is a completely compelling, ready to drink example of one of Australia's foremost cab blends.

Decanter Magazine

Since the first vintage, the 1962 released in 1966, the Signature has been signed by a different person each year, always somebody associated with the winery who have made a major contribution to wine. The 2013 is signed by director of winemaking Andrew Murphy. It's a delicious mix of blackcurrants, cedar, leather and autumnal mulch on the nose, which leads into a tight and concentrated palate of ripe black and red fruits. The tannins are fine and provide enough structure to balance the rich fruit. The raspberry-like acidity is vibrant and punches through, lifting the frame of the wine. Great length.
