Why do we love this wine?
Bright ruby in the glass, with a nose that's far more complex and layered than it has any right to be at this price point - red cherry, dark cherry, rose petal, violet and a spicy oak integration that gives it a depth and warmth that draws you straight in. The palate is the real surprise. Silky, concentrated and genuinely plush, with fresh red cherry fruit and fine tannins running deep along a central spine that carries the whole thing through to a long, elegant, spice-laced finish.
