Why do we love this wine?
Blackcurrant, cassis and ripe plum open proceedings, layered with cedar, tobacco and dark chocolate, plus a touch of mint and bay leaf doing the regional signature thing. Full-bodied and concentrated, with fine tannins and oak that knows its place, finishing up with liquorice, graphite and a savoury spice hit that just keeps going forever.
