They are famous throughout the world for their powerful shiraz, but here we are turning the spotlight into the Steading GSM blend.

This grenache-dominant blend (51%) is sourced from the most premium sites in the region - vineyards in Greenock, Moppa and Ebeneezer to name a few - with some vines over 100 years old. Picked at perfect ripeness and fermented with care, the wine then spends 20 months in large format oak where the elements of fruit, spice and minerality become one. The resulting wine has all you could want from the blend - silky tannins, bold fruit, earthy notes and layers of complexity that unfold as the wine sees some air.
