Why do we love this wine?
Savoury from the first swirl, with tilled earth, black tea, char and smoky wood setting a moodier tone, joined by cocao and dried herbs. The fruit steps back here, letting that earthy, savoury character take the lead. Soft, supple tannins bring roundness and balance throughout. A Pinot with real personality - pretty on one side, properly savoury on the other.
