A nearly even split of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro makes this blend all the more remarkable - that's the sign of quality fruit and a quality winemaker. The wine is so much better than the sum of its parts, although you can rest assured that every parcel that goes into this beauty bats well above average. A silky blend that highlights both the plush depths of Barossa fruit, and the mark of a very skilled winemaker. We could drink GSM every day, especially when it looks as good as this.
