Why do we love this wine?
A classic Aussie red blend meets a classic Aussie producer. Sounds about right, and tastes even better. We’re talking an all-class act, one that speaks of its home in the Pyrenees and the eucalypt influence that punctuates the fresh air. The wine itself is all estate-grown, setting the bar high coming from a winery of this calibre. Rich notes of vanilla and toast gently hum alongside fresh blackcurrants and black cherries, perhaps a little touch of olive tapenade lingering on the finish.
