Why do we love this wine?
This wine is really really hard to get. Production is an extremely small operation dreamed up by some very well know names in Australian wine circles. A passion project, in every sense of the word. A big wine meant to be consumed between 3 and 30 years after harvest, and we've just made it to 3. The best is yet to come, with previous vintages of this wine, dating back nearly two decades, still developing and drinking beautifully right now. Full-bodied, full flavoured and full of love, a collectors dream and a wonderfully crafted Shiraz. And, a 4.5 Vivino rating places this wine in the top 1% of any wine in the world, anywhere.
