This one’s got that Margaret River magic.
From a top-tier producer (but hey, lips sealed), this plush 2021 Shiraz pours deep crimson with a ruby rim. In the glass, you’ll find layers of sweet raspberry, juicy red cherry and rhubarb, lifted by notes of pepper, tobacco leaf and toasted vanilla. Plush plum fruit meets a flicker of acidity—think redcurrant brightness on a smooth, savoury finish.
It’s a big wine with finesse. A Black Market gem that’s bursting with generosity, but still knows how to keep its secrets.
