Why do we love this wine?
Cool climate shiraz is a beautiful thing and this iconic winery has been doing some of the most beautiful cool climate that this country has to offer for years now. This is everything you'd expect from some of the best in the biz; highly aromatic, black fruited, wonderfully spiced and gorgeously silky. Fine tannins, natural vibrant acidity and a lick of oak add some structure and build a lengthy, smooth and highly elegant finish. Very classy stuff. If you're going to have a mid-week tipple, might as well make it a goodie!
