Why do we love this wine?
Ripe black fruits, a good lick of oak and mouth-coating tannin. Sounds like a Barossa shiraz to us! It's getting harder and harder to find good quality Barossa shiraz that won't break the bank but with this delicious drop you'll get all the fruit, all the flavour and all the quality, whilst keeping the bank decidedly unbroken. 2021 was a bumper year throughout the entirety of South Australia and the Barossa was where some of the real magic happened. 3 years of aging puts this wine in the perfect spot, no further ageing or decanting required, just pop the top and get stuck in!
