Why do we love this wine?
This is Eden (Barossa) shiraz showing both sides of its personality - luscious and powerful, finessed and structured. The kind of wine that rewards attention but doesn't demand it. The nose gives you blueberry, mulberries, slate, violets and mushroomy notes – earthy, complex, and genuinely intriguing. The palate delivers a soft yet grainy tannin structure throughout with great fruit drive and length that keeps you coming back for more. Who's this for then? Well, given its versatility, we'd be getting this wine in front of pretty much anyone that's ever looked an Australian shiraz in the eye without flinching! Age for 10 more years if you like, any time from now until 2035 will be the perfect time to pop this beauty.
