Why do we love this wine?
Medium to full bodied with beautiful balance, it stretches long on the palate without ever feeling overly-heavy. There's that unmistakable peppery lift, dark berries kept in line by cool-climate freshness, and a structure that feels properly dialled-in rather than forced.
