This is a wine that epitomises the distinctive red fruit characteristics of the southern end of the Barossa Valley, where (comparatively) cooler conditions and specific soil profiles create shiraz with a slightly more malleable personality than most - putting the winemaker in full charge of the wine from start to finish.
