A straight-up attention grabber. This is Australian shiraz. There’s serious depth here - blackcurrant, plum, blueberry and dark chocolate, all intertwined with layers of savoury mocha, graphite and earth. Herbaceous flickers of fresh sage and mint lift the nose, while 18 months in French oak gives it some grunt and weight without overshadowing the fruit.
