Why do we love this wine?
This beauty brings together three old-world grapes - Mataro, Cinsault, and Carignan - in a seriously fresh, modern Australian package. It’s lifted, perfumed, and a little wild in the best way. The texture is smooth and earthy with soft, dusty tannins and a subtle edge that keeps things interesting. It’s made with minimal intervention, fermented wild, and matured in old oak to let the fruit speak loud and clear.
