Why do we love this wine?
Wild strawberry, cherry, pomegranate and black raspberry lead the way, with hibiscus, tarragon, rose petal and orange zest layered in, plus a savoury streak of wet stone, clove and damp earth keeping it grounded. Fourteen months in French oak - a third new, the rest seasoned - adds just enough structure without ever smothering the fruit. Fine, precise tannins, a nervy thread of acidity, and that coastal purity running through the whole glass. Already drinking beautifully, with real room to keep building over the next few years.
