This Limited Edition is crafted exclusively from the finest rows of Pirramimma's renowned 'War Horse' and 'Ironstone' vineyard blocks, representing the absolute cream of their crop. The old vines in these premium sections naturally produce lower yields, but this concentration translates into extraordinary flavour intensity and complexity. It's essentially Pirramimma's flagship expression, showcasing what their best terroir can achieve when everything aligns perfectly.

Old vines are the holy grail of winemaking because their deep, established root systems access minerals and water sources that young vines simply can't reach. These mature vines naturally self-regulate their crop load, producing fewer but more concentrated grapes with incredible flavour density. The result is a wine with remarkable depth and complexity - you'll notice how the layers of blackberry, mocha, and cedar seem to unfold endlessly on your palate.

This wine's rich, velvety texture and complex spice profile make it perfect for hearty, flavourful dishes that can match its intensity.
