Why do we love this wine?
Three separate fermentation batches, a portion whole bunch pressed, minimal new oak and eight months of careful maturation. The result is a Pinot of real elegance and generosity - pale ruby in the glass, with florals, raspberry, cherry and dried herbs on the nose that make it immediately and completely inviting. Drinks beautifully right now and has three to six years of further development ahead if patience is something you possess. Yarra Valley Pinot at its most approachable and most enjoyable.
