Why do we love this wine?
Mornington does pinot beautifully, but this one’s got proper French vibes. Fragrant, lifted aromatics with that earthy, Burgundian vibes sitting right alongside bright cherry fruit. It’s delicate without being flimsy, elegant without trying too hard, and just feels… right. Single-block fruit, all hand-picked and treated like it actually matters. In the glass it’s got that finesse and quiet confidence: red cherry, a bit of forest floor, a savoury undertone keeping everything balanced, and a silky finish that lingers long enough to make you consider “just one more” pour. If you love pinot that really makes you think, this is your bottle. And seriously - blink and it’ll be gone.
