Bad news: This wine was designed to be consumed with around 5-10 years of bottle age.
Good news: We've done the aging for you! This robust, textural drop is absolutely singing right now and we're inviting anyone and everyone to join the chorus. Concentration, complexity and a dense texture built off the back of 13 months in 50% new French oak. The dark fruit, initially shy, has grown in confidence and power to become the pristine, brooding backbone of this richly-rewarding wine. To those who think Aussie pinots aren't worth aging we say this, think again...
