This Estate Cabernet is grown high - 1,800 to 2,200 feet - with every block fermented separately so the team can be brutal about which lots actually make the final cut. No fining, no filtering, nothing standing between the vintage and the glass. Two separate critics, two 95-point scores, same verdict either way: big, polished, and dangerously easy to drink for something with this much power behind it. Serious altitude, serious selection process, seriously good result.
