This is the flagship - Cabernet Sauvignon from a single vineyard in the heart of Coonawarra. The kind of wine that makes you stop mid-conversation and ask 'what is this in my glass and where did you get it?'. Dark fruit, clove and a fine-grained tannin structure that's built for the long haul - impressive intensity without a single rough edge anywhere.
