There's a masterful interplay between acid and fruit depth creating structure here, without needing over-the-top tannin to hold it together. This is what happens when a winemaking team knows the grape inside out and isn't afraid to let it shine.

Food friendly doesn't even begin to cover it - this wine genuinely amplifies whatever you're eating. We're talking next-level stuff. That humble pizza on the couch? Full blown pizza party. Pasta night? Suddenly feels like a proper Italian feast. This is one of those reds that just makes everything taste better. Nero d'Avola showing exactly why it deserves way more love than it gets. Dark, juicy, brilliantly balanced and ridiculously versatile. One of our favourite alternative reds of the year, hands down.
