Why do we love this wine?
Fermented in 100% new American oak barrels, this is a wine that leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination - in the best possible way. Oaky, highly concentrated, and packed full of a complex array of classic Australian shiraz flavours. This is a seriously big wine, but one that feels as though it was always meant to be that way. Honestly, a bit of an underdog, but right up there with the very best wines in the country.
