The 2022 Blue Eyed Boy is unmistakably McLaren Vale Shiraz. Plush, rich, and unapologetically bold. Deep purple in the glass, it opens with vibrant aromas of blueberry, ripe plum, and mocha cream - see what we mean about black forest cake. The palate is all about power and polish - layer after layer of fresh, juicy berries, a hint of aniseed spice, and a smooth, lengthy, finish laced with dark chocolate and ripe tannins. It’s lush, expressive, and beautifully structured, with velvety tannins carrying the flavour long after the last sip.
