Why do we love this wine?
This sees a little bit of heightened maceration that gives the wine a distinctly juicy, generous character. From there it sees old, neutral oak (which is regionally typical - these aren't wines that champion new, flashy oak). The resulting wine is medium bodied but packing a full flavoured punch; pure fruit expression and poised, pin-point acidity that frames the finish with freshness and exuberance.
