Well, over the festive season I enjoyed this precious jewel alongside some sticky date pudding, pecan pie, Toblerone cheesecake, blue cheese with quince paste, chocolate croissants and fistfuls of walnuts and it made me understand the truth of Belinda Carlisle’s dulcet tones....
