Margaret River’s Leeuwin Estate has earned top billing in any ‘Australia’s Best Producers’ argument (trust us, we have a lot of them). We’re over the moon to be bringing this cab sauv to the ‘Fo for the very first time. Deeply rich and densely concentrated black and red fruit with little bits of blueberry lift to give it freshness and brightness. There is so much on offer aromatically; tobacco sweetness, herbacious blackcurrant leaf, a little whiff of chocolate and coffee. More reveals itself as you work it in the glass and give it an opportunity to stretch its legs and breath in a little air. A powerhouse of a wine from Margaret River that will leave you wanting for nothing.
