A modern iteration of a South Australian classic. Ok, yes, GSM blends are a French invention, but they really have found a home in South Australia, more specifically McLaren Vale, and more specifically again, in the sub region of Blewitt Springs. Vibrant, energetic, bright, cheery, lively... you get where we're going with this, this is a modern style, one to be enjoyed at a young age with yummy food and smiling company. A balance of savoury notes, subtle tannin and youthful, juicy, bright red fruit. Find us a red wine drinker who says they can't find the fun in this wine and we'll find you a liar.
