Why do we love this wine?
From the sloping foot hills of the Barossa ranges comes a big, bad, bustling, Barossa beauty. The old vines of the site create slow-ripened, small bunches of shiraz grapes rich with concentrated black and dark red fruits. A deeply layered wine with fragrant American oak, hints of black pepper spice and enduring, yet fine-grained tannins. The sheer intensity of flavour puts this wine in a really good spot to reward aging for 10+ years but, as we always say, a bird in hand is worth two in the bush. Drink it whenever you want, why needlessly deprive yourself of this kind of happiness...

Wine Orbit
" This is gorgeously expressed on the nose, showing dark fruit intensity, vanillin oak, toasted spice and rich floral aromas. The palate displays excellent weight and silky texture, splendidly structured by layers of polished tannins, making it sturdy and persistent. At its best: now to 2036." - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
