Why do we love this wine?
McLaren Vale grows some of Australia's most exciting GSM fruit, and this is a textbook example of what the region does when everything comes together. The 2020 vintage was tough on the vines - dry, hot, low yields - which ultimately means more flavour and concentration in every single glass. This is the wine for a long Saturday, a table full of good food and people who appreciate a seriously well-made red at a price that over-delivers by a significant margin. Our advice: grab a couple of cases. You'll go through this on a lot faster than you think.
